The jewellery shown on our web site cover a range of the designers work and bespoke pieces available at our two london based stores.
We have made every effort that the images shown are of a true likeness of the jewellery shown. But please note that images mat not be to scale and the colours may be slightly different due to the varying settings on individual computers.
We reserve the right to change ranges and specifications from time to time. We will bring to your attention when replying to any enquiries when placing your orders.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
No contract will be binding unless yo receive conformation from dargent regarding your purchase.
All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearence.
We currently accept visa, mastercard, maestro, switch, delta, and credit transfers.
SECURITY
Dargent uses hsbc merchant services and hsbc epdq for our card processing.
PRICES
Prices shown are current retail price in pound sterling and all prices include 17.5% vat.
SIZING OF RINGS
If you know the size of ring when ordering please indicate this when purchasing.
If you are not happy with the final fit of your ring dependent on the style there may be a nominal charge for the service of alterations though we will endeavor to do this free of charge. The alterations could take up to two weeks but may be available quicker.
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12 noon (gmt) will normally be dispatched the following working day* *subject to stock availability. Non mainland uk orders between 7-10 working days due to customs
Purchases will be delivered by royal mail special delivery or recorded delivery dependant on the value of the purchase. You may request courier delivery i central london for an added charge please phone for quote (0207 626 7086)
If there is going to be a delay in your delivery we will notify you immediately . You will be able to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Please e-mail us with your cancellation to……………..
All deliveries will need to be signed for on delivery as proof. Please make sure the delivery address you give is secure and that you or somebody on behalf of you are available to sign for the delivery. If somebody without authority signs for the purchase at the address you have given us, it will not be the responsibility of dargent.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
You may cancel your order ( unless it is a custom made piece) for any reason at any time up to the seventh working day after you placed the order, even if you have already received your product.

If you cancel your order but we have already dispatched the item you should call 0207 626 7086 to arrange a return which will be at the customers own cost and risk.
This refund is only available if the item is unworn, in a saleable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You should also include proof of purchase. Please note all jewellery returned will be checked by our in-house jewellers to ensure it is as originally sent, by us to you, before a refund is processed.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you purchase reaches you faulty/damaged state, please notify us immediately, these items will be dealt with per our refund policy. Please note that these items will also be checked by our in house jewellers to ascertain the reason for the damage before a refund will be processed.
All returns should be notified by e-mail to ……………………. And all items must be sent to dargent, unit 3, the metropolitan arcade, liverpool street, london, ec2 m 7pn. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost on their return to us so please ensure to retain your proof of purchase.
Please ensure items are returned to us within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund ( subject to conditions above).
We aim to make the refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
WARRANTIES
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content (text and images) of the website.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay of failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. |
